Our service model has been designed to accommodate high-volume, urgent requests at any time. With
a full-
service production hub in New York and translators working across all time zones,
we are
fully operational
24/7/365. Our quality control begins with a global recruiting commitment. We identify elite
translators (linguists),
vet and test them, and approve only the very best: currently, we qualify less than 5% of
our
applicant pool.
To ensure consistent excellence from our translators, we provide real-time feedback on their
work from other
expert translators. Our quality-assurance team also reconciles any discrepancies in a given
translation before it
is returned to the client.
We work to increase accuracy by applying glossaries and style guidelines, and building and
maintaining
translation
teams for long-term and/or ongoing projects.
